Internet Purchases: We understand that many clients have heard of, and are interested in internet purchases. Most of the manufacturers we represent will void the warranty if an item is purchased on line and not from an authorized retailer. Sound Insights has agreements with our manufacturers not to purchase or install items which were sold via the internet from unauthorized sources . This kind of agreement helps to prevent internet fraud and lower level (B stock) products being sold as first rate (A-1 level).
